Rewrite the Story: Broken Systems, Lost Sons
Join Hope Dealers Prison Reform on July 11 for an evening of art, storytelling, and community dialogue exploring the realities of youth violence, trauma, justice, and healing in Tampa Bay. The event will feature a documentary screening, visual art exhibition, spoken word performances, and a silent auction benefiting a local family impacted by gun violence. Through film, art, and conversation, Rewrite the Story examines how poverty, community displacement, systemic inequities, and violence shape lives—and how resilience, creativity, and collective action can help build a different future. Hosted by Hope Dealers, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on youth mentorship and justice reform, this event seeks to elevate voices that are too often unheard while creating space for reflection, connection, and healing.
