Artist Residency Program Application

Applications are open for the next Green Book of Tampa Bay Artist Residency. 

What does this residency entail? Artists will receive access to free studio space at the Warehouse Arts District in South St. Pete. As part of this residency, each artist will (1) join the Warehouse Arts District membership, (2) engage in professional development sessions, (3) use the studio space at least once, and (4) include their artwork in the Second Saturday art walk exhibit. Artists will get work under the guidance of Brianna McCord throughout the program.

What does this cost me? Artists will have free access to the studio space. 

What type of artists can participate? Visual artists will get preference, but inter-disciplinary practices are welcome. The space is not suitable for welding or heavy materials, and there is no dark room.

Who is eligible? To be eligible, applicants must be listed in the Green Book of Tampa Bay and/or be part of an MFA program in the state. You will also need to join the Warehouse Arts District Membership ($65).

Applications are due November 15, 2025. Decisions will be made by November 30th. The residency is January 1 - June 15, 2026.
