Board President Joshua is a seasoned community leader and currently serves in a role where he cultivates partnerships, drives innovation, and aligns initiatives with the Foundation’s mission. A skilled facilitator and trainer, he brings a deep commitment to community, shaped by his past work in Pinellas County Schools supporting marginalized youth. A longtime Tampa Bay resident and University of South Florida graduate, Joshua also serves on local community boards. In his free time, he enjoys camping with his family, collecting vinyl records, attending concerts, and cheering on college football.
Board Vice President Dr. Hillary M. Van Dyke is a Florida-born educator, community advocate, and storyteller who currently serves as a professor. With a Ph.D. in education from the University of South Florida, her work centers on educational access and community engagement. In 2024, she debuted the award-winning documentary A Splash of Color, highlighting Black aquatic sports advocates in Tampa Bay. When she’s not teaching or organizing community projects, she enjoys being in nature, traveling, cosplaying, and spending time with her family—especially in her new role as tatie.
Secretary Jonathan Blair is a certified school counselor and educational leader with more than 15 years of experience in K–12 counseling, professional development, and district-wide program implementation. He holds multiple national certifications in areas such as Restorative Practices and specializes in facilitating impactful professional learning for educators. In his current role with the Florida PBIS Project, Jonathan partners with school districts across the state to develop effective, equitable systems that support positive student behavior. He is deeply committed to equity, data-driven practices, and empowering both educators and students. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with his dog.
With 15 years of experience in accounting and operations, Board Treasurer Nyya Rogers bring a practical, solutions-focused mindset to nonprofit finance. She helps manage budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting, and she also takes care of annual 990 filings and tax compliance. Her background includes work in the insurance industry and third-party processing, where she handles complex reconciliations and supported process improvements. She cares deeply about financial transparency and making sure organizations have the tools they need to grow sustainably. Clear communication, thoughtful planning, and mission-aligned decision-making guide everything she does.
Board Member Chiquita Clark has worked at Duke Energy Florida for over 10 years and is currently a Work Management Support Supervisor . While at Duke Energy, Chiquita volunteers her time as the 2018 President of the employee resource group, Advocates for African Americans, and is currently the ERG’s Programs Chair and graduate of the Duke Energy Emerging Leader Program. In 2020, she was a member of Duke Energy Jurisdictional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council where she supported the company’s effort to create and support equitable and transformative change in the workplace.
Board Member Camille Adrienne is a proud FAMU Rattler and the owner of Art Noire Gallery in Tampa, FL. She is the founder of Indie Noir Market and CEO of Smudged Life Holistic Health, where she blends culture, wellness, and community empowerment. A champion for Black business and creative expression, Camille curates spaces that celebrate the art of the lived experience. Her passion lies in building intentional platforms for healing, storytelling, and joy. With every project, she leads with love for both art and collective well-being.
